Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
✅ Generate leads through various marketing channels and actively follow up with potential clients.✅ Handle client enquiries, arrange site visits, and provide detailed information about the property/project.✅ Understand clients’ requirements and suggest suitable properties to meet their needs.✅ Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.✅ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.✅ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline reports.✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.✅ Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.✅ Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
