SENIOR SALES / SALES EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Welcome customers warmly and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
• Present and demonstrate jewellery designs, explaining product features such as purity, weight, design, pricing, and certification details.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle customer objections tactfully and provide satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, current offers, and trends.

2. Product Knowledge & Presentation

• Stay informed about gold karats, diamond grades, hallmarking, gemstone types, and jewellery craftsmanship.
• Ensure all counters are clean, well-organized, and display-ready.
• Handle jewellery carefully and maintain proper tagging and placement of items.
• Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability and replenishment.

3. Sales Process & Documentation

• Follow standard operating procedures for billing, exchange, and returns.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales, receipts, and customer details.
• Support in daily closing activities, including cash and stock reconciliation.
• Comply with company policies for pricing, discounting, and approvals.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM or sales systems.
• Support showroom marketing and customer engagement activities.

5. Teamwork & Store Support

• Assist colleagues during peak hours and ensure smooth floor operations.
• Support management during exhibitions, festive campaigns, and promotional events.
• Maintain personal grooming and conduct as per brand standards.
