Senior Sales Representative / Sales Manager

As a valuable member of the APAC team at Smith, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing potential customers and vendors worldwide. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough research online, approaching prospective customers via various communication methods, providing exceptional service to both new and existing customers, offering sales and administrative support, and deepening your understanding of electronic components and market trends. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in ad hoc projects. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop potential customers and vendors worldwide. - Conduct diligent research online and approach prospective customers via phone and other communication methods. - Handle daily communication and provide excellent service to new and existing customers. - Provide sales and administrative support to existing customers. - Research and develop an in-depth understanding of electronic components and market trends. - Participate and assist in ad hoc projects. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline. - Results-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering actionable solutions. - Self-motivated with a drive for success. - Willingness to embrace challenges and achieve bold goals. - Growth mindset with a desire to learn and progress. - Strong team player with a passion for expanding your business network and exposure. - Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Tamil or additional languages is considered a plus.
