Senior Sales Officer for Decorative Paints

As a Sales Officer (SO) or Senior Sales Officer (SSO), your primary responsibility will be to handle primary sales by appointing new dealers in your assigned area. You will be required to formulate product-wise monthly sales and collection plans, ensuring value growth while adhering to specified discount and credit norms set by the Company. Your role will involve billing to an adequate number of accounts, implementing range selling strategies, and ensuring all accounts are operating at optimum capacity. Moreover, you will need to implement town-specific demand generation activities to enhance brand preference among influencers and consumers. You will also be responsible for executing national and regional demand generation initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.
