Senior Sales Officer for Decorative Paints

As an SSO or SO, your primary responsibility will be to handle Primary Sales in the assigned areas including Maldah, Siliguri, Bankura, Asansol, Durgapur(WB), Howrah, Kharagpur, Murshidabad, Kalyani, Gangtok, Purulia, Rampurhat, Uluberia, Tarakeswar, Serampore, ALIPURDUAR, and Jalpaiguri. Your key responsibilities include: - Appointing new dealers in the designated areas. - Formulating product-wise monthly sales and collection plans for the assigned territory. - Ensuring the delivery of plans on Value growth while adhering to specified discount and credit norms of the Company. - Billing to an adequate number of accounts and implementing Range Selling strategy. - Ensuring all accounts are working to optimum capacity. - Implementing Town-specific demand Generation activities to enhance brand preference among influencers/consumers and executing National / Regional DG Initiatives.
