Senior Sales Manager - Home Fabrics & Textiles (Architect/Interior-Design/Retail) Export & Domestic

As a Senior Sales Manager at Eastern Silk Industries, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding the business in the home fabrics and textiles sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue in the architecture/interior design segment, retail fabric outlets, and export channels. - Utilizing your strong network within architecture firms, interior design consultancies, and retail buying teams to establish and maintain key customer relationships. - Identifying new business opportunities in both domestic and export markets, including new territories and upselling/cross-selling opportunities. - Collaborating with product development, marketing, and operations teams to align offerings with market needs and ensure product availability. - Leading contract negotiations, order closures, and pricing strategies to achieve sales targets. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 8-12 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the home fabrics/interior furnishing/textiles industry, with a focus on architecture/interior design or retail fabric/textile channels. - Strong network with architects, interior designers, retail buyers, and/or export channels in the home fabrics/textile business. - Demonstrated track record of achieving sales growth, expanding market share, and launching new territories. - Comfort with international business practices, including distributor management and export documentation/terms. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. - Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to building relationships and delivering results. - Willingness to travel as needed across India and export markets.
