Description
As a Salesforce professional with 7-9 years of experience, including at least 7 years in implementation and development roles, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Analyzing business needs and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet requirements - Designing, creating, and maintaining user roles, profiles, and hierarchies - Overseeing data feeds and system integrations with Salesforce - Customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud features such as page layouts, fields, tabs, and workflows - Developing a deep understanding of the company's sales process to recommend effective Salesforce solutions - Providing training and support to Salesforce users, including process improvement recommendations - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce supports business functionality and performance needs - Troubleshooting and resolving application issues promptly - Developing and maintaining documentation on Salesforce policies, procedures, and system configurations - Creating prototypes and proofs of concept to elicit and define requirements - Reviewing implemented solutions and recommending improvements - Acting as release manager, approving configurations, and verifying code deployments between environments - Describing and illustrating designs with clear justifications - Grooming and refining the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with Salesforce SMEs - Supervising configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions - Leading collaborative project planning and execution In terms of Technology / Platforms & Skills, you are expected to have the following qualifications: - Active participation in the Salesforce community - Hands-on experience in development and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud - Strong experience working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Communities Cloud (mandatory) - Excellent understanding of Salesforce Flows - Extensive experience in developing APEX classes, triggers, controllers, and apex sharing - Proficiency in Visual Flows, integrations, and Force.com API - Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits - Experience building and managing APIs on Salesforce, including API request limits and allocations - Proficiency in querying Salesforce database using SOQL & SOSL with tools like Force.com Explorer - Expertise in security and sharing rules at object, field, and record levels for different user hierarchies - Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks, UI technologies (CSS), and SDLC processes - Skilled in design review and code review practices Additionally, you should possess the following Soft Skills: - Proactive personality with a strong can-do attitude - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make actionable suggestions - Responsiveness and availability for questions, clarifications, and instructions - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively - Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and interactive (including online collaboration) - Ability to visually and clearly demonstrate concepts to stakeholders for decision-making - Strategic thinker with a proven ability to design solutions and execute tactical plans to support business strategy Please note that this is a Contractual / Temporary job with the work location being in person.,
