Senior Sales Executive- Motion Control & Robotics

As a Senior Sales Executive at Trio Motion Technology, you will be a crucial part of our team in Pune, driving sales growth in the OEM segment across Pune and Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai & Nashik). Your responsibilities will include managing and growing OEM sales, identifying and onboarding key OEMs, freelancers, and panel builders, understanding customer needs and offering customized motion control solutions. You will also build deep knowledge of Trios product portfolio, collaborate with internal teams for project execution, analyze market trends, and develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of proven sales experience in industrial automation or motion control. You should possess a strong understanding of the Indian manufacturing and factory automation industry, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
