About the Job: Technoware Solutions is seeking an IAM Sales Executive for India (remote). The ideal candidate has prior industry experience in IAM sales. We are looking for an experienced professional familiar with IAM and basic concepts who has current customer relationships. Responsible for identifying needs and selling services. Writing and presenting skills are a must. Title: Senior Sales Executive (IAM) Salary according to Experience Location: remote/on-field Key Responsibilities: Identify specific sales opportunities by engaging with C-level executives. Effectively translate customer requirements. We are looking for someone with a business development mindset who will go out and engage with senior-level executives to win business. Engage in activities focused on generating client awareness and/or demand for IAM-related services. Effectively lead the sales process and provide information to sales engagement (including assessment, design, and implementation of IAM solutions). Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory, including the customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors Assist in scoping and pricing IAM engagements. Demonstrate the ability to create and manage conversations at all business and technical levels of a client's organization, from their CEO to a systems administrator. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers during the entire sales cycle. Exceed revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Develop and maintain an effective sales pipeline by working with partners and finding opportunities. Apply solutions that address technical requirements. Requirements: 5+ years' proven IAM Sales experience and success in one or more of the following areas: identity and access management, strategy and governance, IT risk management, and Cybersecurity services. Good understanding of relevant technology solutions and market trends in the domains of IAM, security information, and event monitoring. Ability to understand business problems, collaborate with domain experts, and propose effective solutions. Excellent writing and communication skills. Excellent negotiation, facilitation, problem-resolution, collaboration, and organizational skills Understanding and/or experience in regulatory requirements, governance, risk, and compliance-related functions will be preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication skills (phone and email). Self-managed and team-oriented.
