Job Description

  • TAKE DATAS OF EXPORTER / IMPORTER & DETAILS OF CONTACT PERSON, ADDRESS, ETC
  • COLD CALLS / FIX APPOINTMENTS TO MEET THE IMPORTER’S / EXPORTERS.
  • ANALYSE MARKET POTENTIAL & TARGET CLIENTS
  • PREPARE THE LIST OF TARGETED, POTENTIAL & PROJECT CLIENTS.
  • DEVELOP PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS
  • CONSTANTLY FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS THROUGH SALES VISIT/ CALL & MAILS.
  • ACHIEVE THE GIVEN TARGET PROVIDED BY THE MANAGEMENT / DIVISON HEAD.
  • DAILY REPORTING OF THE SALES CALL ATTENDED
  • PREPARE WEEKLY SALES REPORTS FOR MEETING 
  • MONTHLY REVIEW MEETING REPORTS TO DISCUSS THE REVIEW AND PLAN OF ACTION FOR THE NEXT MONTH & QUARTERLY.
  • AFTER SUCCESSFUL CONVERSION OF A CLIENT TO BIZ, FOLLOW PROCEDURES ON NEW CLIENT APPROVALS / EXECUTIONS TILL PAYMENT.
  • 3 MONTHS TIME WILL BE GIVEN FOR CONVERSION OF A CLIENT TO UTILISE OUR SERVICE ON FREIGHT FORWARDING ONLY
