Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Promote and sell dental products and materials to potential customers.
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals and market research.
• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business relationships.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing, close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and prospective customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Maintain customer databases, sales reports and business development records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills:

• 5–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical, dental or healthcare-related sales and business development.
• Strong experience in B2B sales and territory management.
• Existing relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals or distributors will be an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Ability to independently manage an assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
