Senior Sales Executive / Manager Job descriptionRoles and Responsibility Job Description 1. Customer - Centric Salesperson and should provide tailor made service as per patients requirement and health condition. 2. Meeting doctors at different hospitals/Clinics to sell Care First Services. 3. Meeting Corporate HR and Admin to do tie-up for Medical room services and providing home care services to their employees. 4. Ensure 100% target achievement within given timelines. 5. Create and maintain brand image and build a strong customer base. 6. Should be the face of the company and resolve customer’s issues and take feedback regularly for better service quality. 7. Provide Innovative ideas and initiatives to improve the overall business and customer experience. 8. Generate leads through regular interactions with Key Stakeholders within hospitals & clinics.
