• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Ruby (Rails, Grape).
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot memory issues, and tune GC/worker settings.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code with an emphasis on maintainability.
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries and leverage advanced ActiveRecord capabilities.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Deploy and manage applications using tools like Passenger and Thin.

• Proficiency in

  Ruby

  , including metaprogramming, blocks, procs, and lambdas.
• Hands-on experience with

  Ruby on Rails

• In-depth knowledge of
