Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Rotating Equipment Mechanic to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining and repairing rotating machinery, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and fans.
Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing mechanical work.
Assist in the planning and execution of equipment overhauls and upgrades.

Skills and Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of rotating equipment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and principles related to rotating machinery.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Familiarity with maintenance management systems and software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
