Responsibility: As a seasoned professional with 6 - 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and providing technical solutions. Your key tasks will include performance tuning at all layers, designing and developing reusable components, working on new initiatives to support scalability and maintainability of Enterprise applications, and playing a pivotal role in defining strategy, architecture, and integration with other projects. You will be expected to offer multiple strategies to solve business problems and recommend the most effective one through sound decision-making. Additionally, you will develop prototypes/PoCs based on proposed solutions, document Architectural models, and effectively communicate them to Business, Development, and QA teams. Evaluating different tools or technologies and proposing the best possible solution will also be a crucial part of your role. Required Skills: To excel in this role, you must have a strong desire to stay updated on new development tools and methodologies. Your expertise should extend to architecting and designing high-performance, highly available, scalable, and maintainable business applications utilizing Java/J2EE and related technologies. Proficiency in Core Java, OOPs concepts, design patterns, J2EE frameworks (such as JavaScript, Spring/JSF, JQuery), and ORM/SQL Mapper tools like Hibernate and/or MyBatis is essential. Experience in Architecture design, troubleshooting, SQL & PL/SQL, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are prerequisites for this position. Effective communication, hands-on experience in build and deployment processes in Unix/Linux environments, and familiarity with Agile development processes are also crucial. Knowledge of front-end technologies, database design, Agile methodologies, and tools like Jenkins and code review tools like Findbugs/PMD/Sonar will be highly beneficial. Good to have: Experience with Spring Boot, front-end technologies (Angular4+, HTML5, CSS-3, Bootstrap), creation and design of databases, views, stored procedures, functions, and various agile methodologies like SCRUM, CI & CD will be advantageous. Working knowledge of IBatis/MyBatis, Documentum, POI, and Jasper Reports, along with experience in performance tuning and build integration tools, will further strengthen your candidacy for this role.,
