Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate or assess market data and global compensation trends to make recommendations for new hire salaries, promotional increases, global transfer assignments, and market adjustments across geographies. - Utilize data from various sources to recommend current talent compensation positioning, new hire salaries, etc. - Participate in global compensation surveys, analyze resulting data, and determine the company's competitive position in the market. - Develop cash and equity budgets aligned with organizational costs and business results, and participate in the annual review cycle. - Collaborate with talent acquisition, HRBPs, and business leaders to mentor them on rewards philosophy, resolve talent concerns, and create solutions for business challenges. - Mentor managers, both first-time and experienced, on rewards philosophy, programs, and compensation decision-making. - Work with the HR Systems team to design and implement key integrations impacting rewards programs. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of compensation experience in IT/Product/Tech space or experience with consulting firms across industries. - Creative problem-solving skills. - Bias for execution and willingness to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. - Ability to challenge the status quo, think innovatively, and demonstrate strong analytical skills to work effectively with metrics, numbers, and trends.,
