Senior Revenue Growth officer

As a Senior Revenue Growth Officer at our company, you will play a pivotal role in leading revenue initiatives across all verticals. Your primary responsibilities will include owning the Profit & Loss (P&L), strategizing and executing sales campaigns, developing marketing plans, exploring market expansion strategies, conducting sales training, and fostering strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) and ensure revenue target achievement. - Strategise and execute B2B & B2C sales campaigns across digital and offline channels. - Develop and optimise budget-based marketing plans for sustained growth. - Explore and implement new market expansion strategies. - Conduct sales training sessions and upskill the revenue team. - Lead the sales and marketing functions to drive aggressive revenue performance. - Build and maintain strategic partnerships and institutional collaborations. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing. - Preferred experience in the EdTech sector or similar high-growth industries. - Proven track record of P&L management, revenue ownership, and team leadership. - Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
