Job Description: You will be responsible for taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to provide assistance and resolve issues. As a Customer Care Senior Resolution Coordinator, your role will involve optimizing execution and results to promote a customer/member-focused environment. Your sound judgment will be crucial in handling various tasks simultaneously.
