Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Resident Critical Care to join our team at Fortis Healthcare Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care medicine and excellent clinical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Managing critically ill patients with various medical conditions.
Developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of senior consultants.
Conducting rounds, assessing patient conditions, and communicating with families about treatment options.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.

Job Requirements

Completion of MD or DNB in Critical Care Medicine.
Strong knowledge of critical care principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
