Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Resident / Attending Consultant to join our medical team. This role is ideal for a candidate with 0-4 years of experience in the relevant specialty, who is passionate about providing high-quality healthcare and is eager to contribute to our patient care initiatives.

Responsibilities

Conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
Performing surgical procedures and interventions as required.
Supervising and mentoring junior medical staff and residents.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Participating in clinical research and contributing to publications.
Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and medical standards.

Skills and Qualifications

MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
Postgraduate degree (MD/MS) in the relevant specialty.
Strong clinical and surgical skills in the respective field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies effectively.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
