Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Senior Resident Anaesthesia. The Senior Resident will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to surgical patients, preparing anesthesia equipment and supplies, monitoring patients' vital signs during procedures, and ensuring patient safety. They will also oversee junior residents and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in administering anesthesia, patient monitoring, and managing postoperative care
• Proficiency in preparing and utilizing anesthesia equipment and supplies
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee and mentor junior residents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams
• Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS) and MD in Anaesthesiology or equivalent qualifications
• Relevant certifications and licensure to practice as an anesthetist
• Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in anesthesia practices
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
