Senior Reliability Engineer

A fast-growing hardware startup building next-generation sleep optimization systems that integrate electromechanical design, electronics, sensors, firmware, and software. Backed by experienced founders and leading investors, the team operates with strong ownership, first-principles thinking, and a focus on delivering highly reliable products at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own system & sub-system reliability test plans and accelerated stress testing
  
• Drive RCA for field and production failures across mechanical, electronics & firmware
  
• Lead vendor validation, review test reports, and close testing gaps
  
• Support pilot builds, production ramp-up, and define IQC processes
  

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors in Mechatronics / Electronics or related field
  
• 34+ years in reliability testing, validation, or hardware quality
  
• Strong in system-level testing, stress testing, and failure analysis (RCA)
  
• Good understanding of electromechanical systems, electronics & basic firmware
  
• Experience working with vendors and manufacturing partners
  

Good to Have :

• Consumer electronics / IoT experience
  
• Lifecycle or field failure analysis exposure
  
• Startup mindset with high ownership
  
• Strong documentation skills
