 Senior Relationship Executive - GL South East 
 Job Overview 
The Senior Relationship Executive - GL South East is responsible for managing and developing key client relationships within the designated geographical area. This role focuses on providing tailored financial solutions, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The Senior Relationship Executive acts as the primary point of contact for clients, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver comprehensive services.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients in the GL South East region.
  • Understand clients' needs and provide financial solutions that address their objectives and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and cross-selling products and services.
  • Work closely with internal departments—such as credit, operations, and product teams—to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements relevant to clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to clients on financial products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management.
  • Manage and resolve client concerns and escalations efficiently and professionally.

  •  Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relationship management, client services, or a similar role within financial services or banking.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development and client satisfaction targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant financial platforms.
