Senior Red Team Lead / Offensive Security Expert

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute advanced Red Team operations and adversary emulation exercises.

Conduct comprehensive penetration tests Web, API (REST & GraphQL), Infrastructure, and Mobile (Android & iOS).

Perform exploit development, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and bypass security controls.

Develop and deploy custom payloads and simulate APT-style attacks.

Collaborate with Blue Teams to strengthen incident response and threat detection.

Use tools such as Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus, Wireshark, BloodHound, etc.

Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and provide remediation strategies.

Integrate and automate Red Team training using cyber range platforms (e.g., CYBER RANGES).

Stay updated on emerging CVEs and 0-day vulnerabilities to enhance testing frameworks.

Core Deliverables

Advanced penetration testing and threat emulation exercises.

Incident response simulations and readiness assessments.

Authoring detailed security assessment reports and presenting findings to clients.

Mentoring and training junior Red Team members.

Integration of automation, scripting, and threat intelligence into Red Team activities.

Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in Information Security,Red Team / Offensive Security.

Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, cloud security (AWS / Azure / GCP), and web applications.

Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS, IPS, and EDR tools for threat detection and forensics.

Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical details to non-technical audiences.

Preferred certifications: OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, CEH, GPEN, CRTP, CRTE, or CREST.
