Senior Receptionist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

a. Guiding patients to various O.P.Ds/Clinics/Departments in relation to their diseases.

b. Preparation of Admission Records of all patients to be admitted.

c. Attending to enquires.

d. Maintenance of Central Admission Register.

e. Arranging ambulance

f. Announcement for activation of the emergency codes

g. Sending messages to patient’s relatives and doctors and phonograms.

h. He/She actively participate in all quality & accreditation related initiatives of the hospital.

i. Supervision of the staff working in the Central Admitting and Enquiry Office.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Diploma or certification in Hospital Administration, Front Office Management, or Customer Relations will be an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and capable of working with hospital management software or electronic health record systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-friendly approach.
• Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion when handling patient information.
• Punctual, well-groomed, and able to handle rotational shifts including weekends or holidays, if required.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology is a plus.
