Senior React.js Developer

You are an experienced Senior React.js Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining sophisticated web applications. Your expertise lies in front-end technologies, and you possess exceptional problem-solving abilities along with the capability to guide and support junior developers. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the development of front-end web applications using React.js and related technologies such as Redux and React Router. You will be responsible for designing and structuring scalable and sustainable front-end applications. Collaboration with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other team members is crucial to ensure a seamless user experience. Your role also involves creating reusable and efficient components while upholding code quality through testing and best practices. Furthermore, you will integrate third-party services, APIs, and data sources into the front-end, identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize page loading times, and ensure the application's responsiveness on various devices. Mentoring junior developers, offering technical guidance, and reviewing code to maintain company standards are essential aspects of your role. Staying updated with the latest front-end development trends and implementing new technologies and practices when necessary is also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with React.js and a strong command of JavaScript, particularly ES6 or above. Proficiency in state management tools like Redux, MobX, or Context API is required. Moreover, you should possess a solid understanding of web development principles, including DOM manipulation, web sockets, and API integrations. Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build pipelines/tools such as Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn is essential. Experience with TypeScript is highly desirable. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of version control systems like Git and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines. Your ability to optimize components for optimal performance across various browsers and devices is crucial.
