job requisition idJR1027518 Overall Responsibilities: Lead the development and delivery of React-based web applications Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of React developers Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other stakeholders Ensure high-quality coding standards, security and performance optimization Stay current with industry trends and new technologies in React development Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in developing web applications using React and Redux Strong understanding of React hooks, context API, and React Native Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript Experience with Node.js and npm packages Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end systems Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme and Mocha Day-to-Day Activities: Lead the design and implementation of React-based applications Mentor junior developers in React development and best practices Collaborate with product management and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Develop and maintain unit, integration and end-to-end tests Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in React development Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and mentorship skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies Strong commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
