Role Overview: You are a Senior React.js Developer with over 7 years of experience, responsible for coding and leading a team of React developers. Your role involves writing clean, high-performance, and reusable React.js code, driving component architecture, and optimizing performance for maximum speed and responsiveness. You will integrate with RESTful APIs, lead cross-browser compatibility, and mentor a team of developers by reviewing PRs, facilitating knowledge-sharing, and setting performance standards.
