Senior React.js Developer

As a highly experienced Senior React.js Developer, your role involves leading the development of dynamic and responsive web applications. Your in-depth knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies will be crucial in delivering clean, scalable, and high-performance code. This position requires a blend of technical leadership and hands-on development expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of advanced web applications using React.js. - Translate complex business requirements and UI/UX designs into functional, performant code. - Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability. - Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Manage state using libraries such as Redux or Context API. - Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices. - Stay updated with the latest trends in React and front-end development. - Contribute to continuous improvement in development standards and team productivity. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js. - Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. - Strong understanding of React Hooks, Functional Components, and component lifecycle. - Experience with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration. - Proficiency with Git, Webpack, Babel, and other modern development tools. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
