As a Senior React Native & React JS Developer, your role will involve handling both mobile and web application development. You will be responsible for building high-performance applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to architecture-level decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using React Native. - Build scalable and responsive web applications using React JS. - Collaborate with designers, product teams, and backend developers for seamless integration. - Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices. - Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across web and mobile platforms. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards. - Stay updated with the latest technologies, libraries, and industry trends. - Contribute to architectural planning and technical decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience in BOTH React Native and React JS. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in front-end/mobile development. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, Hooks, and REST APIs. - Good understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and responsive design principles. - Experience with Git and version control workflows. - Familiarity with third-party libraries, APIs, and development tools. - Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Additional Details: The ideal candidate must have experience in both React Native and React JS, as working on both platforms is a mandatory requirement. You will play a key role in building scalable, high-performance applications for both mobile and web platforms.
