Senior React Frontend Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior React Frontend Engineer at Techiebutler, your main responsibility will be to develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features, create reusable components, and participate in architectural design and development. Your role will also involve translating requirements into technical specifications, contributing to technical decisions and best practices, setting architecture and quality standards, and driving performance optimization efforts. Furthermore, you will provide coaching and support to fellow developers to ensure the success of product development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features - Create reusable and efficient components - Participate in architectural design and development - Translate requirements into technical specifications - Contribute to technical decisions and best practices - Set architecture and quality standards - Drive performance optimization efforts - Provide coaching and support to fellow developers Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of React Frontend development experience - Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript - Extensive knowledge of UI design principles - Experience with state management libraries like Redux - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and async data handling - Solid understanding of testing, debugging, and optimization - Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git - Excellent English communication skills Additional Details: If you have experience with native mobile development, understanding of CI/CD process optimization, familiarity with A/B Testing and Feature Flags, certifications in related fields, and experience with mass customer web applications, it will be advantageous in this role.
