Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Billing Manager focused on Interior Turnkey Projects. The position is located in Vapi. The Senior Quantity Surveyor/Billing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including cost control, preparing and reviewing bill of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. This role will ensure that projects run efficiently, remain on budget, and meet all quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Proficiency in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and review
• Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in interior turnkey projects is a plus
