Senior Quality Engineer

As a highly motivated Senior Quality Engineer with more than 10 years of experience, you will be joining our Quality Engineering (QE) team to play a critical role in advancing project maturity. Your hands-on position is ideal for an experienced quality engineering professional who excels in identifying improvement opportunities, implementing best practices, and driving measurable quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with project teams to fill skill gaps, enhance processes, and leverage existing tools for substantial quality improvements - Assess current quality practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement process changes aligned with project goals - Provide guidance on QE initiatives such as test automation and CI/CD implementation to delivery teams - Create a foundation for test automation, address skill gaps through training, and empower teams to adopt quality best practices - Evaluate and optimize existing tools, introduce enhancements, and integrate solutions aligning with organizational constraints and objectives - Collaborate with project teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with quality goals and provide insights on quality initiatives - Focus on achieving quality improvements by prioritizing impactful changes, implementing best practices, and standardizing processes across projects - Utilize expertise in Java + Spring Boot, Python, Selenium, Cucumber, DB/SQL, Git, CI/CD, BDD/TDD, Test Data Management, Microservices, Containerization, Cloud, Linux, and Observability platforms to deliver a robust automation framework and provide coaching to team members - Work independently, define objectives, and promote best practices within the organization - Provide technical solutions to a diverse range of problems and support continuous improvement processes while managing multiple priorities effectively **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent work experience If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, please review Accessibility at Citi.,
