As a highly motivated Senior Quality Engineer with over 10 years of experience, you will be joining our Quality Engineering (QE) team to play a crucial role in advancing project maturity. Your hands-on position is perfect for a seasoned quality engineering professional with a talent for identifying improvement opportunities, implementing best practices, and driving measurable quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. - Work closely with project teams to fill skill gaps, enhance processes, and leverage existing tools for substantial quality improvements. - Assess current quality practices, identify areas for immediate and long-term improvement, and implement process changes aligned with project goals. - Create a foundation/framework for test automation, address skill gaps through training and mentorship, and empower teams to adopt quality best practices. - Evaluate and optimize the use of existing tools, introduce enhancements, and integrate solutions aligned with organizational constraints and objectives. - Collaborate with project teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with quality goals and provide insights on quality initiatives. - Focus on achieving significant quality improvements by prioritizing impactful changes, researching industry best practices, and standardizing processes for scalable solutions. Your expertise in Java + Spring Boot, Python, Selenium, Cucumber, DB/SQL, Git, CI/CD, BDD/TDD, Test Data Management, Microservices, Containerization, Cloud, Linux, and Observability platforms will be crucial in delivering a robust automation framework and providing automation expertise, training, and coaching to team members. Your ability to work with minimal supervision, define objectives, and promote best practices within the organization is essential. You must be capable of providing technical solutions to a diverse range of challenging problems and supporting continuous improvement processes while managing multiple priorities effectively.
