Job Description

Rama Super Speciality Hospital is looking for Senior Quality & Audit Site Assessor Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Conduct thorough on - site audits and assessments across manufacturing, engineering, or service facilities to ensure compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry benchmarks. Lead quality assurance evaluations, analyze process deviations, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross - functional teams to assess quality control systems, calibration procedures, inspection protocols, and document control practices. Develop detailed audit reports outlining observations, risk assessments, non - conformances, and follow - up actions, ensuring timely closure of audit findings. Support root cause analysis and statistical quality control initiatives using tools like Six Sigma, FMEA, and 8D methodology. Ensure adherence to ISO, AS, or other relevant quality certifications and play a key role in preparation for external audits. Mentor junior quality engineers and provide guidance on quality best practices, auditing standards, and regulatory updates. Continuously monitor site - level operations to identify trends and areas for process optimization, ensuring product and service excellence across all touchpoints
