Here is what the role entails: **Role Overview:** As a Senior Quality Engineer at Hexure, you will be responsible for planning, constructing, and executing functional, regression, automation, and performance test scripts across two or more products. Your focus will be on driving quality and ensuring the smooth functioning of our software solutions for the insurance and financial services industries. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and deepen performance & test engineering expertise across teams - Provide baseline quality metrics and improvements to developers and engineers - Contribute significantly to test strategy and technical/design decisions across multiple agile teams and products - Lead moderate to large delivery efforts, quality initiatives, and teams **Qualifications Required:** - 5-8 years of experience in Software development or a tech background - 4 years of experience in Selenium and Java - Deep functional knowledge of at least two Hexure products - Proficiency in Life Insurance and Annuities - Insight into nonfunctional testing **Additional Details:** Hexure, headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is a team of highly motivated individuals dedicated to developing innovative sales automation solutions for the insurance and financial services industries.
