Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA/QC & Technical Compliance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in quality assurance, technical inspections, and compliance with industry standards, ensuring that our projects meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical audits, inspections, and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage vendor audits and third-party inspections.
• Apply RBI, FMEA, and RCM methodologies for risk management.
• Oversee heat treatment processes and ensure IBR compliance.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and respond to inspection observations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Production Engineering.
• Certifications: API 510, API 570, CSWIP 3.1/3.2, ASNT Level II/III.
• Proficient in technical audits, vendor audits, furnace calibration, and heat treatment cycles.
• Experience with client inspections and third-party interactions.
