Job Description

Sr QA Consultant/QA Lead

Budget:18-20 LPA

Open position: 1

Location: Noida

Contract Period: 6 months

Mandate skill sets:

Strong experience in QA Testing, proven

5+ years of team lead experience - KPI alignment, team output planning, task assigning,

excellent communication skills - will be working closely with the European client.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
Develop reusable test frameworks for regression, functional, and performance testing.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality checks.
Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers for resolution.
Perform API testing with tools like Postman or RestAssured.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality

delivery.

Analyze test results, generate reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in QA Automation.
Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
Experience in programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration.
Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured).
Understanding of Agile methodologies and software testing life cycle (STLC).
Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in developing frameworks from scratch.
Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM), TestNG, Parallel execution, TestNG listeners, and

executing scripts in headless mode for faster execution.
