What You’ll Do
1. Full-Stack Quality Engineering
- Design, execute, and maintain
manual and automated test suites
across: Frontend:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery (UI, usability, regression)Backend:
Python services, PHP/Laravel, APIs, automation workflowsDatabase:
PostgreSQL validation, integrity checks, edge-case analysis
- Build and maintain automation using
Selenium, PyTest, unittest
, or similar frameworks. - Execute API testing using
Postman, REST Assured, or Python-based tools
. - Validate integration between Laravel web layers and Python automation services.
2. Marketplace Quality & Compliance Validation
- Review and validate
third-party apps, prompts, datasets, and workflows
submitted to the EVOS marketplace. - Ensure marketplace submissions comply with:
- Rapid Alpha quality standards
- Data usage and licensing policies
- Prompt and workflow safety guidelines
- Traceability and repeatability requirements
- Identify policy violations, ambiguous edge cases, and quality risks before publication.
- Partner with product and legal stakeholders to continuously refine marketplace standards.

3. AI-Aware & Systems-Level Testing
- Test and troubleshoot workflows where code, logic, prompts, or outputs are AI-assisted.
- Identify failure modes introduced by:
- Prompt reuse and chaining
- Dataset updates or substitutions
- Workflow composition across multiple contributors
- Validate that outputs are repeatable, traceable, explainable, and defensible, not just “passing.”
4. Analytical & Consulting-Grade QA
- Use IP documents, financial data, and internal management artifacts as part of test scenarios.
- Validate that platform behavior aligns with business logic, legal constraints, and strategic intent.
- Think beyond “does it work?” to:
- Is it defensible?
- Is it explainable to a client?
- Would a regulated or enterprise user trust this output?
5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and drive root-cause resolution.
- Partner with product, analytics, and platform teams to prevent defects before they ship.
- Continuously improve test coverage, automation efficiency, marketplace review processes, and QA standards.
What We’re Looking For
Core Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3–6 years
of experience in QA (manual + automation).- Hands-on experience testing
Laravel / PHP
applications. - Strong experience testing
REST APIs
and Python-based backend services. - Solid
PostgreSQL
knowledge for data validation and query testing. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Strong debugging skills and clear written and verbal communication.
