Senior QA Engineer (Manual)

Job Description Leena.ai is seeking a Senior Manual QA Engineer who is dedicated to ensuring the delivery of top-notch software products. As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in conducting manual testing, identifying defects, and collaborating with various teams to uphold the quality standards for our enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities - Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases and test plans for both new and existing features. - Conduct functional, regression, integration, and sanity testing to pinpoint defects accurately. - Communicate identified defects efficiently, monitor their resolution progress, and work closely with developers and product managers to ensure prompt delivery of high-quality software. - Deliver clear and actionable bug reports and oversee their resolution process. - Participate in sprint reviews, requirement reviews, and daily meetings to facilitate cross-team collaboration. - Identify areas for process improvement, enhance testing coverage, and elevate the overall product quality. - Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Contribute to the establishment and upkeep of testing standards and best practices within the team. Qualifications - Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in manual testing, showcasing a strong grasp of testing fundamentals. - Hands-on experience in testing web applications and enterprise software. - Proficient in designing and executing exhaustive and systematic test cases. - Familiarity with defect lifecycle, bug triaging, and release processes. - A collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while managing multiple priorities. - Experience in API testing, database validation, or scripting (Python, Selenium) is advantageous but not obligatory.
