? Automates applicable test cases for regression testing ? Performs testing ? Identifies defects and work with scrum team on resolution ? Accountable for overall test quality (functional & regression) ? Promotes environment of collaboration within the test team ? Coordinates test planning and execution (FFT, SIT, CVT; performance tests, load tests, etc.) ? Provides reports related to product quality metrics ? Provides quality related inputs on go/no-go for every release (incl. promotion to INT, CVT & prod environments) ? Attends scrum ceremonies ? Updates status in Rally on a daily basis ? Ensures test cases cover 100% of new functionality ? Traceability from story cards to test cases ? Takes part in sizing process ? Good understanding of software testing methodologies, processes and quality metrics ? Programming skills in Java ? Experience in Selenium, SoapUI or similar tools or as stated in Program tech stack requirements Minimum 4+ yrs of experience in implementing automation initiatives based on Gen AI / ML, NLP, CoPIlot, Gemini, RPA and other tools.
