• Automates applicable test cases for regression testing • Good understanding of software testing methodologies, processes and quality metrics • Performs testing • Programming skills in Java • Identifies defects and work with scrum team on resolution • Experience in Selenium, SoapUI or similar tools or as stated in Program tech stack requirements • Accountable for overall test quality (functional & regression) • Promotes environment of collaboration within the test team • Coordinates test planning and execution (FFT, SIT, CVT; performance tests, load tests, etc.) • Provides reports related to product quality metrics • Provides quality related inputs on go/no-go for every release (incl. promotion to INT, CVT & prod environments) • Attends scrum ceremonies • Updates status in Rally on a daily basis • Ensures test cases cover 100% of new functionality • Traceability from story cards to test cases • Takes part in sizing process
