Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from scratch.
Create, maintain, and run automated test cases using Python, Selenium, and Playwright.
Collaborate with developers, PMs, and DevOps to embed quality into CI/CD.
Define and implement QA best practices, processes, and metrics.
Analyze results, find bugs, and improve product quality continuously.
Join code reviews, test planning, and estimation activities.
Drive automation strategy and promote testability in design and implementation.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong experience in automation testing and framework development.
Proficient in Python, Selenium, and Playwright.
Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
