Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA strategy across multiple product lines and platforms (web, mobile and TV) spanning both manual and automated testing efforts.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automated test frameworks using

  Playwright

  .
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to understand features and define comprehensive test strategies.
• Execute manual exploratory tests for complex scenarios that automation may not cover.
• Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution using standardized QA tools and processes.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure test coverage metrics are met.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and advocate for best practices in test design and automation.
• Participate in code and test case reviews, contributing to a high-quality codebase.
• Proactively analyze product performance issues and potential bottlenecks from a quality standpoint.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of QA experience

  , with a strong focus on both manual and automation testing.

• Proficiency in Playwright

  is required (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience testing web applications and mobile across different browsers, devices, and environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively across time zones.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and REST APIs.
• Exposure to performance testing, security testing, and test data management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skillsclear, concise, and proactive.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with others.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
