Senior Python/Django Developer

Job Description: You will be responsible for developing Django-based Python applications and ensuring their functionality. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the team to design and implement software solutions using Python and Django. - Working with databases such as MongoDB or MySQL to store and retrieve data efficiently. - Utilizing Git for version control and code management. - Applying computer science fundamentals in Operating Systems, Networking, Data Structures, Databases, and Debugging. - Demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively work with the team. - Managing project teams and ensuring timely delivery of projects. - Being self-motivated and capable of working independently while staying focused on tasks. To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 4-8 years of professional experience in Django-based Python development. - Proficiency in Python-based server-side Django. - Familiarity with databases like MongoDB or MySQL. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, design patterns, and RESTful web services. - Experience with Git for version control. - Knowledge of software development best practices. - Familiarity with IoT, Balena, Raspberry Pi, or Arduino. - Understanding of Machine Learning Algorithms, Deep Learning, or Gen AI. - Experience with building data pipelines, data warehouses, and analytics platforms. - Experience with BitBucket or GitHub, Visual Studio, Docker/kubernetes, and DevOps tools. If you have experience with multiple programming languages, such as JavaScript or Go, and Flask Web Framework in Python, it would be a plus. Additionally, having experience with Docker/kubernetes and surrounding DevOps tools would be advantageous.
