Your primary responsibility will involve working closely with customers to deploy solutions across global customer deployments. Our client offers an industry-leading AIOps platform that provides instant, real-time actionable insights for managing multi-domain network and application infrastructures. By consolidating multiple data sources into an easy-to-use platform, IT teams can troubleshoot network issues faster, prevent downtime, reduce MTTR, and enhance efficiency. **Skills required:** - 5+ years of experience in Python, Data analysis, and dashboarding - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or Information Technology - Proficiency in YAML syntax and its usage for configuration and data serialization - Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure - Understanding of architecture, design, and data flow for effective script design - Ability to read, develop, debug, and maintain simple to advanced end-customer solution deployments **Responsibilities:** - Serve as an expert on the customer's operational analytics solution for networks, applications, and security workflows - Hands-on deployment of the product to meet customer requirements - Collaborate with the engineering and integration teams on deployments - Lead design, development, and scaling plans for POC to completion of deployment - Enhance product features and quality through proposals and customer reviews At AppGlide, we foster a culture of mutual respect and ownership.
