Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Python Development Engineer based in Hyderabad. The Senior Python Development Engineer will be responsible for leading software development projects, programming in Python, conducting research and development (R&D), testing software solutions, and collaborating with electronics teams. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software :

• Experience in Software Development, Programming, and Python
• Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) techniques and methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Software Testing and Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of Electronics and hardware integration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
• Previous experience in leadership or mentoring roles is a plus
  

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects, taking ownership from conception to deployment.
• Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions primarily using Python.
• Conduct Research and Development (R&D) to explore new technologies, improve existing systems, and drive innovation.
• Perform thorough software testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our applications.
• Collaborate closely with electronics teams to integrate software with hardware components seamlessly.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring best practices are followed.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to gather requirements, define specifications, and deliver integrated software solutions.
