Job Summary:

Senior Python Person

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test and deploy efficient, scalable Python-based backend services and applications.
Write clean, reusable and well-documented code.
Integrate third-party APIs and work with RESTful web services.
Optimize application performance, scalability and security.
Work with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Implement best practices in code quality, testing and documentation.
Participate in code reviews, peer programming and team discussions.
Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
Collaborate with DevOps for deployment and CI/CD pipeline setup.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-6 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Strong understanding of Python frameworks like Django, Flask or FastAPI.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON and third-party integrations.
Proficient in working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
Good knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms like AWS/GCP is a plus.
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
