Senior Python Developer

Role Overview: You will be working as a Senior Python Developer at Saysri.ai Private Limited, collaborating closely with the Architect and product team to design, develop, and optimize backend services. Your main focus will be on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the code powering the platform, utilizing technologies such as Azure Function Apps, serverless architecture, NoSQL data modeling, and LLM integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain multi-tenant SaaS backend using Python and Azure Function Apps - Implement LLM integrations (e.g. OpenAI, Gemini) with best practices for API throttling, token usage, and performance optimization - Develop and manage Azure services such as Blob Storage, Table Storage, and NoSQL databases - Establish robust API frameworks, data models, and event-driven workflows - Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions - Lead and mentor a small team of developers, enforcing coding best practices and architectural standards - Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment strategies (DevOps exposure) - Ensure system security, compliance, and scalability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, AI/ML, DevOps) Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in Python backend development - Strong hands-on experience with Azure Function Apps or serverless systems - Practical knowledge of Azure storage services (Blob, Table, NoSQL) - Experience with REST API development and microservice design - Exposure to LLM integrations (OpenAI, Gemini) and API throttling management - Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS or cloud-based product architectures - Good understanding of CI/CD, testing, and deployment best practices Company Details: Saysri.ai Private Limited is a product-led SaaS startup company based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
