Lead end-to-end execution of large interior fit-out projects.
Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and site teams.
Coordinate civil, finishes, MEP, FF&E, specialist vendors and subcontractors.

Handle client communication, contracts, risks, meetings, and change orders.
Mentor and guide engineers and site staff.
Arrange materials, manpower, tools and coordinate all subcontractors/vendors.
Full responsibility for project P&L including cost control, variations, profitability.
Maintain strong documentation (contracts, RFIs, MOMs, approvals, drawings) to safeguard legal interests.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress and cost reports.
Strong technical knowledge in interior fit-out and civil execution.
Proven record in delivering large commercial projects.
Leadership, planning, client-handling and coordination.
Strong commercial awareness (budgeting, billing, P&L).
MS Project / Primavera knowledge preferred.
Location: Pan-India at project site
Language: Excellent communication in English
